Helping Teams Thrive Through Change

Practical tools, real stories, and a little humor to build clarity, calm, and resilience when it matters most.

I equip teams and leaders to navigate disruption with clear thinking and emotional resilience. Through a mix of storytelling, science, and stand-up, I show audiences how to quiet the ego, stay present under pressure, and turn life’s hardest hits into a source of strength.

About

ABOUT

DebX_StuartPreston-14.jpg

After my son died by suicide, I stopped pretending everything was fine. I took to the stage instead. What started as a personal journey became a mission: to help people and the places they work adapt, recover, and grow through change.

I’ve lived what I teach. Along the way, I discovered how the brain can rewire itself (neuroplasticity) to navigate uncertainty with focus and strength.

Today, I bring those lessons to organizations so their people can show up clearer, calmer, and more connected -- in work and in life.

Audiences will leave with:

  • Tools to quiet the “ego” voice that fuels fear and reactivity

  • Quick resets to regain focus under pressure

  • Strategies to strengthen resilience—without burning out

  • A mindset shift that turns life’s challenges into opportunities for growth

"A unique, touching, inspiring and funny show! We laughed, we cried and we learned a thing or two. My wife and I talked about the show and elements of it all during our ride home and are looking forward to bringing family and or friends to the next one. Highly recommend. Well done Stuart!
